Assistant Operations Manager
Could you help to manage a team of 200 drivers and supervisors? You will be responsible for looking after a high performing team, so if you are experienced and know how to bring the best out of a driving team whilst; managing customer feedback, driving styles and one-to-ones, this could be the right opportunity for you. This full time role is based at our Newport depot on the Isle of Wight. We currently achieve a 96% customer satisfaction rating, but could you help us achieve higher?
